This is a hard modded (chipped) XBox, so you can disable the chip and still play on Live. Don't let some scam artist talk you into a soft mod, they are harder to deal with and rarely allow for Live. This chip is a great chip from TeamXecuter, the X2.6CE, but I have other chips available.

Many apps come installed. It comes with emulators, loaders, alternate dashboards such as evox and avalaunch, a region free DVD player, and the great XBMC.

And yes, even at this price it does include one controller, av cord, and power cord.
